A Haji Jalili Master Weaver Carpet. Truly a masterpiece of the Persian 19th-century weaving. A large central medallion in integrates design in cream color set in an indigo ground with the pale red inverse. Profusely filled with floral devices. It is extremely rare to find such a rug in this width. Another distinguishing factor about this carpet is the difference in color between the face colors and the back colors as seen in the photos. So truly one is getting two different carpets in one!
