The Turkish Kazak rug has an allover design and was woven in the early 1900s. The field has a beautiful light teal color with geometric design shapes in red, green, blue, ivory, and pink colors throughout. There are six guard borders and the main border whose design is found on Genje and Karabagh Caucasian rugs. The uniqueness of this Turkish Kazak carpet is that the design of a caucasian carpet which usually comes in small sizes has been transferred to an oversize rug.
